This is Ryan's Wife, Emily. Just wanted to let everyone know that he probably won't be updating while he is in Afghanistan. "blog" sites are restricted over there so he can't even get to livejournal. I said goodbye to the family yesterday morning. we were prepared so it wasn't that bad. melanie was asleep so i didn't have to choke back the tears to hard. i'm not going to tell anyone where i'm at at this point on the trip but i'm tired of waiting. things are going to be challenging for the family but my wife and daughter(s) will have support from everyone. melanie said she wants to do karate...she will own! to bad i'll be gone but atleats we''ll have a chance to save money for a house. yes i said a house. BAM! |
